Mosaic Blue respects the privacy of every family, volunteer and supporter who contacts us. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. If you fill in the contact form, that means your name, email address, and whatever you write in the subject and message fields. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you and, where relevant, to follow up about classes, events or volunteering. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside Mosaic Blue except where the law requires it.

Donations

Donations are made directly by Zelle or by check, not through this website. Any information involved in a gift is handled by your own bank, under their terms.

Photographs and video

Photographs and recordings of our participants are published only with permission from the participant or their parent or guardian. If you would like an image of you or your child removed, contact us and we will take it down.

Children

Our programs serve children and young adults, but this website is intended for parents, guardians, volunteers and supporters. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it.
